Support
We’re here to help.
Write to us and we will read it. Last updated October 6, 2026.
Contact us
Email support@credeer.com. That is the one way to reach support, for questions, problems, privacy requests and anything about the ChatGPT connection.
To help us help you, include:
- the email address you sign in to Xpense with (we never need your password, and you should never send it);
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- the device and browser, if the problem is on the web app.
Please don’t put card numbers, government ID numbers or passwords in a message.
Things you can do yourself
- Download your data: open the account menu in the app and choose “Download my data”.
- Delete your synced copy or your account: account menu, “Delete synced data”, or Preferences, “Delete my account”. Deleting your account is permanent, so download your data first.
- Change your email choices: Preferences in the app, or the link at the bottom of any email we send.
- Don’t have access yet: Xpense is invite-only for now. Join the waitlist on the sign-in page and we will email you when your place opens.
Using Xpense with ChatGPT
- Connecting: add Xpense in ChatGPT and follow the prompts. You sign in to Xpense with Google, review what ChatGPT is asking for, and choose Allow.
- If it won’t connect: start the connection again from ChatGPT (each attempt can be used once), check that you are signed in to the Google account that was invited to Xpense, and write to us if it still fails.
- What it can do: answer questions about your spending, budgets, goals and bills, and, if you allow changes, add entries and change budgets and goals when you ask. It cannot delete entries.
- Disconnecting: remove Xpense in ChatGPT’s settings. Deleting your Xpense account also ends the connection.
How your data is handled is in the privacy policy.
The small print
Read the privacy policy and the terms of use. Xpense does not give financial advice and does not connect to your bank.
